Whistleblowing system
Our company is committed to conducting business with integrity, fairness and with respect for the law. If you witness a breach of law, please, inform us through our Whistleblowing system. Allow us to investigate your suspicion of a breach of law in our company, according to Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on the protection of whistleblowers.
Through the Whistleblowing system, we do not accept anonymous notifications or notifications from "non-employees", e.g. suppliers and self-employed persons.

What is the Whistleblowing system?
It is our internal system that allows you to confidentially report that there has been a breach of law in our company. Breach of law means a criminal offence, some administrative offences or violation of our other legal obligations according to Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on the protection of whistleblowers.
All notifications are handled, assessed and investigated by Whistleblowing officers, who are Legal Counsel and GDPR & Compliance Counsel from the Legal Department. You can communicate with them on the phone number 737224090 or through the online form.
You can report the breach of law through followed internal reporting channels to us:
- Electronically by filling out the online form
- By phone at phone number 737224090
- In writing – recipient is Whistleblowing officer (Legal Department) - do not open, Heineken Česká republika, s.r.o., Antala Staška 38, 140 00 Praha 4, Krč
- In-person based on prior agreement between you and the Whistleblowing officer.
The notification must contain data on the name, surname and date of birth of the whistleblower, or other data from which it is possible to identify the whistleblower.
The personal data provided will be handled in confidentiall way. An absolute prohibition of retaliation also applies.
You can also submit a breach of law to the Ministry of Justice on this website.
