If you prefer the beer with the face of Mr. Cibich on it which is produced in Velké Březno, we recommend you to visit the brewery there. Visitors have the opportunity to learn about the history of the brewery which dates back to 1606. They are shown the traditional technology of Czech beer brewing in this picturesque brewery. You can taste the local beer in the brewery or you can purchase it and enjoy it later.
One of the attractions that you can combine with the brewery tour is a visit to one of the youngest chateaus in the Czech Republic, which was built in 1843. Your brewery tour guide is also the castellan of the chateau. You can also visit the regional city of Ústí nad Labem located just a few kilometres away or the picturesque town of Úštěk located 20 km from Březno (you may recognize it from the Czech film Kolja).
